I found my new home completely by accident. After living in a townhome that I loved for thirteen years, I was ready for something more. I looked online one afternoon and saw something I was interested in looking at. Since this idea of buying a home was so new to me, I had no idea what to do. Merging two households can be challenging, especially when you have two houses to sell and a diverse, unique family with a large list of non-negotiables for the new home. We did have a buyer's agent who had shown us several homes but they were just not right for us. Sometimes, it was like she did not even know us at all. Finally, we terminated our contract with her and began to look on our own. It was then that we happened to meet Jennifer Spencer. She made us comfortable and she was warm and friendly.
