Managing your rental property
- Collect rent
- Manage security deposit in accordance with the Tenant Security Deposit Act
- Handle all tenant requests/complaints
- Coordinate all repairs as needed
- Inspect property once every quarter
- Keep you informed with a monthly informational email
- Send a rent and statement by the 15th of the month
- Evict tenants in breach of contract
- Prepare property for rent once vacated
Fee: 10% of rent collected
